Support
One queue, read by the people who build the product. Open a ticket below, or take the answer straight off this page.
Tell us what happened.
Every ticket gets a reference you can reply to, and we aim to answer within two business days.
The ticket form loads in a moment. If it does not, email support@atomicreps.com and you reach exactly the same place.
Answered before you ask.
- The daily rep didn't post today - where do I look?
Three checks cover almost every case: the Atomic Reps bot is still a member of the target channel, the Slack integration shows as connected in your Hub settings, and the posting schedule is set for a time that has already passed today. If all three look right, email support@atomicreps.com with your workspace name - delivery failures go to the front of the support queue.
- Will you tell us if delivery breaks, or do we have to notice?
We tell you. After two consecutive failed posts, the person who installed Atomic Reps in your workspace gets a Slack DM and an email naming the error, with a link straight to the delivery settings. While the failure persists that alert repeats at most once a day, so a broken channel is loud without being spam.
The same failures raise an alert on our side, on a sweep that runs every half hour, so nothing depends on someone filing a ticket first. Platform-wide health is published at status.atomicreps.com, on separate infrastructure from the product so it keeps answering during an outage.
- How do I reconnect Slack?
Open your Hub settings page and disconnect the current Slack integration. Then click "Connect to Slack" to re-authorize with your workspace. We keep your configuration (channel, schedule, topics) if you reconnect to the same workspace within 14 days. After 14 days we delete disconnected workspace data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Why am I seeing a scope warning?
When Atomic Reps ships new features, it may request updated Slack permissions. Reinstall the app from the Hub settings page to grant the latest permissions. Reinstalling does not affect your existing configuration or answer history.
- The bot can't post to my channel
Check that the Atomic Reps bot is a member of the target channel. In Slack, type
/invite @Atomic Repsin the channel, or use a public channel where the bot can post without an explicit invite.- A question looks wrong - what happens when I report it?
Email support@atomicreps.com with the question text (or a screenshot). Every question lives in a versioned corpus, so a confirmed error is corrected or pulled from rotation for every workspace at once, not just yours.
- How do I uninstall from Slack?
You can disconnect from the Hub settings page in Atomic Reps, which stops all posting and removes the integration. To fully remove the app from your workspace, go to your Slack admin panel (Manage Apps), find Atomic Reps, and click "Remove App."
Charges, refunds, and cancelling.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
On Team, cancel from Billing Settings in the app; on Pro, from your account page. Both open the Polar customer portal. Or email support@atomicreps.com and we handle it. Your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period.
- Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of any charge. On Team, workspace owners request the full refund from Billing Settings in the app; on Pro, use the withdrawal control on your account page or email support@atomicreps.com and we process it. The refund cancels the subscription immediately, and on Team it permanently removes the workspace's per-member layer: each member keeps their own practice record, but the workspace's view of it does not come back, even if you resubscribe.
Refunds and exports are independent. Your own record needs no planning: download it from your account page whenever you like, refund or no refund. A full export of the workspace history is a manual request to privacy@atomicreps.com and takes up to five business days. The 14-day window runs from the charge and is not extended by an export request, but the two do not compete: request the export while the workspace history is still available and we complete it even if the refund is processed first. None of this limits any statutory withdrawal or data-protection rights.
After 14 days we don't offer pro-rata refunds unless mandatory law in your country requires a further remedy; you can still cancel anytime and your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. See the full policy in our Terms of Service.
- What does "priority email support" on Team mean?
Same address, same humans: everyone writes to support@atomicreps.com and everyone gets a reply. Team workspace tickets are answered first each day, whether they come through the form or straight to the inbox.
- How do I update my payment method?
Through the Polar customer portal. On Team, open it from Billing Settings in the app; on Pro, from your account page.
- Where do I find my invoice or receipt?
Payments are processed by Polar Software Inc. as Merchant of Record. Polar issues a tax invoice for every charge and emails you an order confirmation; you can download your invoices any time from the Polar customer portal (Billing Settings in the app on Team, your account page on Pro).
Yours to take, yours to delete.
Your own record is self-serve. Nothing about it has to come through us.
From your account page you can download your practice record as one machine-readable file (every answer, course progress, certificates, streaks and the apprentice, across every workspace you belong to), clear parts of that record, or delete the account outright.
Some things are not self-serve: personal data the export file does not carry, a workspace-wide export, an erasure request on someone else's behalf, or any other question about data handling. For those, see our Privacy Policy or email privacy@atomicreps.com. To report a security vulnerability, write to security@atomicreps.com.
